3 OUT OF 3 FOR BEARS
The BEARS won there third away game of the season at Cas Panthers on saturday. This puts them second in the league with only points difference keeping them from top. The score ended Cas 12 - 19 BEARS. With a tense finish to a game which had no tries scored in the second half, the bears were 6 points infront with 10 minutes to go with in need of some more points on the board. Cas were putting on the pressure, breaking the line more times than once only to drop the ball with the line beckoning. The BEARS kept them out and regained territory on the Panthers 20, got the ball infront of the sticks to knock over the 1 pointer. With only 6 minutes remaining this gave the BEARS breathing space and many would say killed of the Panthers.
